I used Hotjar to analyse Show + Tell’s website, identifying ways to improve user engagement. Key improvements included simplifying the busy navigation with fewer top-level headings and cleaner dropdowns, and adding a rotating logo wall to showcase client partnerships in a polished, dynamic way.
