  • Crafting organic and paid social content across multiple channels

  • Developing social guidelines to ensure all outputs aligned with brand standards

  • Maintaining a cohesive and consistent visual language across campaigns and platforms

  • Creating flexible pitch decks to support new business opportunities

As part of my work with the team, I conducted regular website audits using Hotjar to evaluate page performance. I found that many users weren’t scrolling past the hero section on case study pages. To improve engagement, I added more relevant visuals, redesigned the “Start Project” call-to-action, restructured page hierarchy, repositioned key elements like the spinning text, and added a scroll indicator. Content blocks were reordered so the most engaging information appeared first, enhancing both interaction and narrative flow.
